Brother David Plunkett was raised yo the sublime degree of Master Mason tonight. Brother Plunkett holds the distinction of being the last Master Mason raised in our first 100 years.

We celebrated Christmas early this year with a 5th Thursday supper in conjunction with our OES Chapter and our family and friends. Plenty of food was consumed (as usual) and Santa Clause even made an appearance. There were 75 members and visitors present and plenty of food and fellowship. View some of the pictures HERE.10/04/07
Arab Lodge celebrated and dined with Miss Brittany Gregg, our local scholoraship winner on Thursday night. Britanny was chosen to receive $1000 from the Lodge to be applied toward her college tuition, books, and fees. Brittany's personal story, family situation, and hard work ethic won our hearts that night and we were proud that she was chosen as the winner. View pictures of the event HERE.09/27/07
We mourn the passing of 2 of our members this week. Bro Robert Louis King, 84 years of age, 33 years a Mason, died on Sept 22nd. Bro Clifford W. Merritt, 83 years old, 55 years a Mason died on Sept 11th.08/30/2007 - 09/06/07
Shane Washburn and Scottie Waldrep were initiated as Entered Apprentices. We had a great turnout of members and visitors for the work and are looking forward to another EA in 2 weeks.

11 Members of Arab Lodge attended the Marshall County District 5A Conference this weekend. We joined with the memebers of Union Grove Lodge to exemplify the Fellowcraft degree. Arab brought home the Conference Attendance Plaque (again).07/12/2007
Kirk Wesley Smith was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason. Both food and fellowship was plentiful. We were honored with a visit by the RWJGW Larry Hancock.

WM Keith Henry, SW Larry Fouse (and spouse), and SD David Frost travelled to Gettysburg, Pensylvania for the July 4th Holiday. They took pleny of pictures, with the highlight being the "Brother to Brother" or "Friend to Friend" monument. SEE PHOTOSRead more about the monument HERE

The 2007 Officer Installation Ceremony was held in Special Communcation on Saturday, June 30th at 7 p.m. A wonderful covered dish supper was served before the ceremony and a grand time was had by all. Marshall County District Lecturer Bob Cox served as the installing officer and Blount Count District Lecturer David Tucker served as Marshall. SEE PHOTOS
